The Theory of Everything has been receiveing plenty of good responses both from awards shows and from the critics. There are poignant moments in the film, such as the scene when Hawking rides the bicycle on the campus at University of Cambridge, with his mate from school, played by Harry Lloyd. Here, we take a look at all that went on behind-the-scenes:

Felicity Jones remarked on the romance captured in techincolour as,

“I felt like I wanted to protect that person, to defend her in some ways. But what was important to her was to convey the truth of what it was like to care for another person.”

Dance taught Eddie Redmayne how to physically become Stephen Hawking for a very long time; he can still recall what it felt like to grab the part,

“It was seconds of great excitement followed by a sucker punch of fear,"
