Linnen. An ancient structure sleeps in the corridors of the relic that is East Berlin. Periodic, complete with wooden bannisters, tall double doors, parquet floors, curtain-draped windows overlooking the street, this place is a blend of vintage and contemporary.

The retro posters are rather hip and very German of the eighties, much like the exuberant Portuguese cotton sheets. The food here is beyond-healthy cool for the trendy creatures that likes their organic teas, their fresh breads, pastries. It’s all about Location! Location! On location! – the fleamarkets nearby are great for bargain finds, and the numerous independent shops are the coolest spots to be seen pouring over books in.
